Fruitport Old Fashioned Days Parade Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the OFD Parade.

You must fill out this online application to be considered for participation in the parade. Your entry application signifies your understanding of, and agreement to abide by, the current OFD Parade Rules and Regulations. All application questions must be answered, and appropriate entry fields complete with applicable information and contact details. Missing, incomplete, or false information will delay the review of the application for approval. Please remember to click the submit button at the bottom of the page so that your application is sent to us. You will not be considered for participation if we do not receive your application. We will not take any walk-ons on the day of the parade.
Upon application review, we will send an email with your approval status, or if additional information is needed. Only approved applications are permitted to participate in the parade.
