Fruitport Old Fashioned Days Parade Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the OFD Parade.

You must fill out this online application for your unit or entry to be in this year’s parade. Your entry application signifies your understanding of, and agreement to abide by, the OFD Parade Rules and Regulations.The application must be filled out complete with all your parade-related information and contact details. Missing information may delay review and approval of the application. Please remember to click submit button at the bottom of the page so that your application can get to us. If we do not receive your application, you will not be considered for participation.
Only entries to be considered for the parade shall be ones that pre-register and apply for the parade by the application deadline. We will not take any walk-ons on the day of the parade.

We will send an email confirming receipt of your application, and a request for additional information if needed. Only approved applications are permitted to participate in the parade. We will contact you about a week preceding the parade with the final parade marshaling instructions.
Commercial or Political Entries – Please mail your $50.00 fee check payable to “Fruitport Lions Club Parade” to Ivan Ivanov, OFD Parade Secretary, 1322 Clayton Ave., Muskegon, MI 49441. Definition of the Commercial or Political entry can be found in our OFD Parade Rules and Regulations.
